Gift Vouchers- Terms and Conditions of Sale
Validity
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the amount specified, for new bookings only. Paddy Burke’s vouchers can be redeemed against purchases within Paddy Burke’s only ie. The Restaurant, The GastroBar, The WinterGarden and The Bar.
Delivery of Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are issued either by email or post, to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser’s preference.
Making a Booking with A Gift Voucher
Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance via telephone and are subject to availability. Bookings can be made with Reservations on 01-6040066, by email or directly with the restaurant. At time of booking, vouchers must be specified as the method of payment, by quoting the voucher reference number.
Refunds and Cancellations
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. If a voucher is used in the restaurant and there is a balance owed this can be returned in voucher form or cash. Please note that any voucher bookings made for prepaid advance purchase deals (eg: Promo codes) cannot be amended or cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
